Kebab with mushrooms

A dish that you will not find in Turkish restaurants. For kebab, selected pulp of beef and lamb is taken, the meat is chopped for a long time with a special large knife until smooth.

With the addition of finely chopped forest mushrooms, the kebab acquires a very delicate taste. Kebab meat is prepared by the chef directly in the restaurant.

Kebab is cooked exclusively on live fire, on the grill.

Seafood baked in a pot

The dish contains only high quality royal seafood. Octopus, squid, mussels, shrimp.
With the addition of a small amount of vegetables. Everything is sprinkled with cheese and baked in the oven at a high temperature. Served in a sizzling pot. Delicious, tender dish. According to the reviews of our guests, white wine like Sarafin Fume blanc or wine from the Cappadocia region Cotes
Avanos – Chardonnay Cappadocia goes well with this dish.
